Single face
One liner and one corrugated medium. A flexible construction used for rolls and wrapping applications.
Materials & construction
A carton is more than its outer dimensions. Paper selection and board construction must be considered alongside the contents, handling, and storage conditions.

Board construction
The ply count describes paper layers. It does not, by itself, establish the load capacity of a finished carton.
One liner and one corrugated medium. A flexible construction used for rolls and wrapping applications.
Two liners with one corrugated medium between them. Available with a specified flute profile.
Three liners with two corrugated media. BE combines B and E flutes; BC combines B and C flutes.
Construction drawings are schematic, not to scale.
Flute profiles
Choose a starting point below. Actual performance depends on the entire board and box specification, not the flute letter alone.
Single wall · 3-ply
A fine flute profile, often considered for compact cartons and printed presentation packaging. The selected paper grades and finished construction still need to suit the application.
Paper options
Available material options include kraft paper, white-top paper, testliner, and fluting paper. The exact grade is confirmed for each requirement.
A familiar brown-paper appearance. Specify the grade and construction required for the application.
A white outer face for printed or clean presentation requirements. Surface and print suitability are confirmed together.
A liner-paper option for corrugated construction. The required grade and grammage form part of the specification.
The paper formed into the waved medium inside corrugated board.
Specification questions
Provide the weight of the complete packed carton, not only the individual product. Include any dividers or inserts.
Describe stacking height, pallet use, handling, and the delivery route. Conditions influence the required construction.
State the expected conditions. Material suitability and relevant documentation must be checked against the actual application.
A sample, internal dimensions, or approved structural drawing helps define the requirement. Illustrative images are not a substitute for a production specification.
